Where we supply
Custom Pillow Boxes for US Brands
The United States is our largest market, and most of what we ship there goes to two kinds of buyer: small consumer brands selling direct through their own storefronts and marketplaces, and established retailers ordering seasonal or own-label packaging in volume.
The practical differences from our other markets are sizing conventions and labeling. US specifications come to us in inches far more often than millimeters, and the mandatory copy that has to fit on a cosmetic or food pack follows a different structure from the UK and EU. Both are straightforward once they are stated up front, which is why the quote form asks for them.

What we ask US customers for
Getting these into the first message removes a round trip and usually a week.
- Dimensions in inches or millimeters — either is fine, but say which
- The filled weight of the pack, which decides the board
- Whether the box ships inside an outer or travels alone through a carrier
- Whether the product touches the board directly
- Your on-shelf or launch date, not just your order date
Direct-to-customer shipping is the common case
A large share of US orders are for packs that go straight to a consumer rather than onto a shelf. That changes the specification: the box needs a sealed closure rather than a friction tuck, a flat area for a shipping label, and board that survives a carrier network unaccompanied.
It is a different product from a retail box, and quoting one when you need the other is an expensive mistake. If you sell direct, our postal pillow pack specification is the right starting point.

By state
Supplying United States: common questions
Do you ship to all fifty states?
Yes, we deliver to US addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. Transit time and cost vary by destination, and both are shown on your quote rather than estimated afterward.
Can I order in inches?
Yes. Give us dimensions in inches or millimeters, whichever you work in — just tell us which so the dieline is drawn to the right figures.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the specification, the quantity and the finishing. Production and transit are quoted together as a single date, and we will not give you a delivery promise that ignores shipping.
Do you have a US warehouse?
No. We serve the US market and ship to it; we do not hold stock there. Anyone telling you otherwise about their own operation is worth asking to prove it.
Who handles import duties?
That depends on the incoterms agreed for your order, which we confirm in writing before you commit. It is set out on your quote rather than left to be discovered on delivery.
Can you match a Pantone for my US brand color?
Yes, printed as a spot ink so it reproduces identically between runs. Send the Pantone reference, or a physical sample if you only have a screen color.
