- How it reaches the customer — shelf, mailing bag, or alone through a carrier
- An approximate quantity, or a range
- The date it has to exist by, not your preferred delivery date

What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp, for a quick question. Email or the form, for anything that needs a specification or an attachment — those give us something to work from rather than a conversation to reconstruct.
Can I send artwork by email?
Yes. Send it to info@thepillowboxes.com with a note about the product, and we will match it to your enquiry. Files over 12 MB are better by email than through the form.
Do you have a phone number?
WhatsApp on +1 503-358-0443 is how we take voice and message contact. It works across all four of the markets we serve without international call costs.
Do you have a showroom?
No. We do not operate premises in the markets we supply, and we would rather send you a physical sample in your own board than describe a showroom that does not exist.
What should I include in a first message?
What goes in the box, roughly what the filled pack weighs, how it reaches the customer, an approximate quantity, and the date it has to exist by. Those five answers let us quote instead of asking.
