Request a Quote

The more you can tell us, the more accurate the quote. Anything you are unsure of can be left blank — we would rather ask a question than guess and quote the wrong thing.

What you get back

  • A written quote with the board, printing, finishing and tooling stated
  • A delivery date that includes transit, not just production
  • A dieline drawn to your product, with the usable print area marked
  • An honest note about anything in the brief that will not work
  • Pricing at more than one quantity, if you ask for it

Your specification

The more you can tell us, the more accurate the quote. Anything you are unsure of can be left blank — we will come back with questions rather than guesses.

PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG or ZIP, up to 12 MB. Nothing to send yet is fine — we can quote from a description.

We reply with a written quote and a specification. Your details are used to answer this enquiry and nothing else — see our privacy policy. You can also email info@thepillowboxes.com.

About quoting

How quickly will I hear back?

We reply to every enquiry with a written quote or a question. If something in the brief is missing we will ask rather than quote around it, because a quote built on an assumption is not much use to either of us.

What if I do not know the specification?

Leave those fields blank. Tell us what goes in the box, roughly what it weighs and how it reaches the customer, and we will specify the rest and explain why.

Will the quote include delivery?

Yes. We quote production and transit together as a single date and a single figure, because a production time that ignores shipping is not information you can plan around.

Is there a minimum order?

We quote small runs routinely. At low quantities the fixed costs — die, plates, press setup — dominate the unit price, and we will show you where they sit so you can decide what to simplify.

Can I get pricing at more than one quantity?

Yes, and it is worth asking for. Three figures show you where the price curve flattens, which is the point at which ordering more stops paying.

Do you charge for a quote or a dieline?

No. The quote and the dieline drawn to your product are part of quoting. Physical samples and tooling are charged, and both are stated on the quote rather than added later.
