What we do, and how
We make one thing: custom pillow boxes, cut to the product that goes inside them. Sixty-four specifications across materials, sizes, structural features, colors, industries and seasons — all made to order, none held as stock.
What we try to do differently is tell you what a specification will not do. Most packaging disappointments are not manufacturing faults; they are decisions made without anyone explaining the trade-off.
The way we quote
We ask three questions before anything else: what goes in the box, what does the filled pack weigh, and how does it reach the customer. Those answers determine the material, the board weight and the closure, which is most of a specification. A brief that starts with a box size and a finish is starting at the wrong end and usually has to be unpicked.
Every quote states the specification rather than just a price — the board, the printing, the finishing, any tooling, and a delivery date that includes transit. It also says, in writing, if something in the brief will not work.
What we will not do
We will not print a certification mark you do not hold, or a compostability claim a specification does not support. Those claims are regulated in every market we serve, and a supplier who prints them without asking has created a problem for your brand rather than solved one.
We will not invent reviews, ratings or customer numbers, and there are none on this site. We will not describe facilities we do not operate. And we will not quote a format that is wrong for a product just because it is the format we make — if a pillow box will not carry your contents, a rigid carton is the honest answer and we will say so.
Where we supply
The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Serving a market is not the same as operating in one, and we are careful about the difference: we ship to addresses in all four and hold stock in none of them. That is why our lead times are quoted as production plus transit rather than as a production time with shipping left as a surprise.

About us
Do you manufacture the boxes yourselves?
We specify, tool and produce to order through our production partners, and we manage the job end to end — dieline, proofing, print, finishing and delivery. We are not going to describe a factory we do not operate.
Where are you based?
We supply the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia and ship to addresses in all four. We do not hold stock or operate premises in any of them, and any lead time we quote includes transit rather than hiding it.
How long have you been doing this?
We would rather not put a number on a page that nobody can check. What we will do is show you a physical sample in your own board and let the work make the argument.
Do you only make pillow boxes?
It is what this site is about and what we specialize in. If your product needs a different structure — a rigid box, a tuck-end carton, a sleeve — we will say so rather than sell you the format we happen to make.
Will you tell me if my brief is wrong?
Yes, and it is the part of the job we think matters most. A supplier who quotes whatever is asked for, without saying that a board is too light or a finish will not survive, is not doing you a service.
