Why did my box seams come apart in summer?
Almost certainly a standard adhesive in sustained heat. Specifying a higher-temperature adhesive is a straightforward change.
Do I need a food-grade specification?
Only if the product touches the board directly. Tell us whether it is wrapped and we will quote the right materials rather than assuming the more expensive option.
How many spares should a gifting program carry?
Around ten per cent over the recipient count. Lists change late and there is rarely time to add a few boxes.
