Custom Pillow Boxes for Georgia Brands

Georgia sends us a distinctive mix: beauty and hair product distribution, an unusually active lash and extension trade, and merchandise programs tied to the state's production industries. What connects them is range size — these are customers with dozens of variants, not three.

A brand with forty shades or twenty lengths cannot afford bespoke artwork per variant, and that constraint drives almost every recommendation we make here. One fixed box, one variable element, and the range can grow without a new print run.

Packaging a range that keeps growing

  • Fix the box, the layout and the finish across the whole range
  • Change exactly one element per variant — a shade, a length, a name
  • Print that element inline as variable data rather than as new artwork
  • Keep the field sized to the longest entry you will ever need
  • Record everything, so variant forty matches variant one

Why lash and extension packaging is specified differently

Both categories share a requirement that is easy to miss: the pack is kept and reused. A lash box holds the lash between wears; an extension box stores the bundle. That means the closure has to work repeatedly and the finish has to survive being handled for months rather than minutes.

It also means the pack becomes a brand object in the customer's space, which is a strong argument for spending on it. The specifics are on our lash packaging page.

Supplying Georgia: common questions

How do I package forty shades without forty artwork files?

One common box with the shade printed inline as a variable element. Adding a shade then becomes a data change rather than a new print run.

Does lash packaging need a special tray?

Yes. The tray has to hold the lash clear of both faces of the box or the curl flattens permanently. It is the most important part of the specification in that category.

How long should an extension box be?

Long enough that the bundle lies straight. Folding a bundle puts a kink in the hair that customers notice immediately.

Can the box carry the length and weight prominently?

It should. Those are the first two specifications a buyer checks, and they belong on the front panel rather than in small print.

Do you have a Georgia distribution center?

No. We supply Georgia brands and ship to Georgia addresses; we do not operate premises in the state.
