Shipping Information

We quote production and transit as a single date. It is a less flattering figure than a production time and it is the one you can actually plan around.

Lead times

There is no single lead time, because the specification changes it substantially. Foil, embossing and any hand-finishing such as ribbon add stages; a large quantity adds press time; seasonal periods add queue. Transit then adds a period that depends on the destination.

What we do is quote all of it as one date on your quote, and tell you at that point if the date you need is not achievable. We would rather lose an order than miss a launch.

How orders are packed

Boxes ship flat in shrink-wrapped bundles inside outer cartons. The count per bundle and per carton is fixed and stated on the specification, and we hold it constant across reorders because changing it breaks stock counting downstream.

Keep bundles sealed until the boxes are needed. Paperboard exchanges moisture with the air around it, and flat stock opened into a humid or unconditioned store room can lose stiffness and stop creasing cleanly — the most common storage problem we hear about.

Where we deliver

The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. That means we ship to addresses in those countries; it does not mean we hold stock or operate premises in any of them, and we will not imply otherwise. Regional, island and remote addresses in all four take longer and cost more, and both are shown on your quote rather than estimated afterward.

Duties, taxes and incoterms

Responsibility for import duties and taxes depends on the incoterms agreed for your order. They are confirmed in writing before you commit, so there is nothing to discover on delivery.

Damage and shortages

Check the delivery against the stated carton count on arrival. If anything is damaged or short, tell us within a reasonable period with photographs of the goods and the outer carton. The photographs matter: they determine whether it is a carrier claim or ours, and either way we would rather resolve it quickly than debate it.

Shipping questions

How long will my order take?

It depends on the specification, quantity and finishing, and we quote production and transit together as one date. A production time quoted without shipping is not something you can plan around.

Which countries do you ship to?

The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, including territories and regional addresses. Transit times and costs vary by destination and appear on your quote.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

That depends on the incoterms agreed for your order, which are confirmed in writing on the quote before you commit. It is stated rather than left to be discovered on delivery.

How are the boxes packed?

Flat, in shrink-wrapped bundles inside outer cartons, with the count per carton fixed and stated. Keeping bundles sealed until use matters in humid or damp storage.

What if something arrives damaged?

Tell us within a reasonable period of delivery, with photographs of the damage and the outer carton. We will resolve it — the photographs matter because they determine whether it is a carrier claim or ours.

Can you deliver to more than one address?

Yes, splitting a run across destinations is normal. Tell us at quote stage, because it affects both the cost and the packing.

Next step

Ask for a date, not just a price

Send the product, the quantity and the date you need it on a shelf. We come back with a written quote, a specification and an honest view of anything in the brief that will not work.
