How do I choose between sixty-four styles?
Do not start from the list. Start from the product, its filled weight and how it reaches the customer — those three answers narrow it to two or three options, and we will tell you which of those is right for your artwork and quantity.
Are these fixed products or made to order?
Every one is made to order and cut to your product. The pages describe specifications rather than stock items, which is why none of them list a size.
Can I combine features from different pages?
Yes, within reason. A kraft board with a window and a ribbon is a normal specification. What we will flag is a combination that weakens the pack structurally, such as a large aperture on a panel that also carries a handle.
Is the pricing the same across all of them?
No. Pricing starts from $0.30 per piece and moves with size, material, quantity, printing, finishing, inserts and shipping. A plain kraft box in volume and a foiled dyed-through box in a small run are very different numbers.
Which is the most popular?
Kraft and coated paperboard account for most of what we make, with windows and printed insert cards as the most common additions. That says more about what most products need than about what is best.
What if none of these fit my product?
Tell us what you have. If a pillow box is the wrong structure — too heavy, too large, too rigid — we would rather say so than quote a format that will disappoint.
