Custom Pillow Boxes for North Carolina Brands
North Carolina's packaging enquiries lean toward textiles and craft — socks, accessories, hand-dyed goods, small apparel lines, and the craft food and soap producers that share the same market and fair circuit.
Textile packaging has one dominant problem, and it is the fold. A garment has no fixed dimensions; it has whatever dimensions you fold it to. Agreeing that fold before sizing the box is the difference between a pack that fits every time and one that fits when someone is careful.
Quote for delivery to North Carolina
Production and transit quoted as one date, so you can plan around it rather than around a production time.
Agree the fold first
Have the person who will actually fold at volume demonstrate the fold, measure the resulting stack including its thickness, and size the box to that. Doing it in the other order produces a box that only fits a careful fold, which under production conditions means it does not fit.
Thickness is the dimension most often underestimated. A light jersey and a heavy knit fold to very different depths from the same flat area.
Selling at fairs and through a website
- A board weight that survives a carrier, not just a table
- Fast folding, because you assemble on site
- A window if the fabric color and pattern are the selling point
- A tissue or paper band to keep the fold from relaxing
- One box across a size range, if the fold thicknesses are close enough

View optionsSupplying North Carolina: common questions
What size box do I need for a t-shirt?
It depends entirely on how you fold it. Agree a repeatable fold, measure the folded stack including thickness, and we size to that.
Will one box work across my size range?
If the fold thicknesses are close, yes. A box sized for the largest will look loose around the smallest, so two sizes is often the better trade — we will show you the cost either way.
How do I stop the garment unfolding in transit?
A snug internal fit does most of it. A paper band or a tissue wrap holds the fold and adds an unwrapping step that customers value.
Can I post the retail box directly?
In an E-flute construction, generally yes. In solid board a large flat face dents in a carrier network and needs an outer.
Do you have a North Carolina facility?
No. We supply North Carolina brands and ship to North Carolina addresses; we do not operate premises in the state.
