What this covers
This policy explains what happens to information you send us through thepillowboxes.com. It applies to the quote forms, the designer, the contact form and any email you send us in response to them.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form or send us by email: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and whatever you tell us about your product, quantity, specification and timing. If you attach a file, we receive that file.
Our forms also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission. Both are used to answer your enquiry accurately and to filter automated submissions.
What we use it for
Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote, producing an order, and any correspondence that follows from those. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to us by email over an authenticated, encrypted connection to our mail provider. Credentials for that connection are held in server-side environment variables and are never present in anything sent to your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially useful — an order record, a stored specification, a die reference for a reorder. If you would like us to delete your correspondence, ask and we will.
Who else sees it
Our mail provider, in transit and in storage, as any email provider does. Production partners, where your artwork and specification have to reach them to make your order. Nobody else.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics or advertising script on these pages. Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than a third party, so browsing here does not create a record with anyone else.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Email info@thepillowboxes.com and we will deal with it.
Children
This is a business-to-business packaging site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
