Coding is the detail that gets missed
A fully laminated panel will not reliably accept ink from most inline coders, and the problem is discovered at the point where a batch is already packed. It is entirely preventable: leave an uncoated or coatable window, sized generously enough that a slightly misaligned code still lands inside it.

Where should the batch code go?
On a clear, coatable area sized generously enough to tolerate slight misalignment. A fully laminated panel will not accept most inline coders reliably.
Can you hold a tolerance on board thickness?
We state the specification and hold to it. If your line has a tolerance that matters, tell us the figure and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you order.
Will a reorder need re-approval?
Not from us — we keep the approved proof, the die and the Pantone references on file and produce against the record. Whether your client requires re-approval is their call.
Can you supply to a fixed carton count?
Yes, and we keep it constant across orders. Changing it breaks downstream counts, so we treat it as part of the specification.
Do you have a New Jersey facility?
No. We supply New Jersey manufacturers and ship to New Jersey addresses; we do not operate premises in the state.
