Is a pillow box good enough for fine jewelry?
For a large part of the market, yes — with a dyed-through board and a proper insert it presents a piece well. At the very top of the market a rigid box is still expected, and we will say so rather than oversell.
Will a chain arrive tangled?
Not if it is fixed to a notched insert card. Movement in transit is what causes tangling, and an insert removes it.
Why do my black boxes show white at the folds?
They are printed black over white board, and creasing breaks the ink film. A dyed-through board stays black at every cut.
Can I order a small batch?
Yes. We will show you where the fixed costs sit so you can decide what to simplify, and we store the die so reorders cost less.
Do you have a Birmingham workshop?
