Custom Pillow Boxes in Perth
Perth is the most transit-sensitive location we ship to. Distance from everywhere adds meaningfully to the delivery date, and a supplier quoting a production time without transit is giving Perth customers an actively misleading number.
We quote production and delivery as one date. It is a less flattering figure and it is the one you can actually plan around, which matters more when a reorder cannot arrive quickly.
Quote for delivery to Perth
Production and transit quoted as one date, so you can plan around it rather than around a production time.
Planning around distance
- Order in larger, less frequent quantities where storage allows
- Keep a buffer, because a rush reorder is genuinely slow here
- Quote production and transit as one date, always
- Confirm the specification carefully — a reprint costs weeks, not days
- Ask for a physical sample before the full run, not after
Why sampling matters more here
Everywhere else, a specification problem discovered on delivery is an annoyance. In Perth it is a month. That makes a physical sample in the final board and size a genuinely valuable step rather than an optional one.
We would rather send a sample and delay an order by a week than ship a full run that turns out to be wrong.

View optionsSupplying Perth: common questions
How long does delivery to Perth take?
Longer than to the eastern states, and we quote production and transit as a single date rather than a production time. It is the number you can plan around.
Should I order larger quantities?
Where storage allows, yes. A rush reorder to Perth is slow, so a buffer is worth more here than the holding cost.
Is a physical sample worth the delay?
Here, almost always. A specification problem found on delivery costs weeks, and a sample costs days.
Do heat considerations apply?
Yes — higher-temperature adhesives and a snug fit where the contents are heat-sensitive. No carton insulates, so we will be honest about the limit.
Do you have a Perth facility?
No. We supply Perth businesses and ship to Perth addresses; we do not operate premises in the city.
How much pillow box buffer stock should Perth businesses hold?
Keep enough to cover a full reorder cycle, because a rush reorder to Perth is genuinely slow. Holding a buffer is usually cheaper than running out of pillow boxes while the next delivery is still in transit.
Why should Perth customers confirm pillow box specifications so carefully?
In Perth a reprint costs weeks rather than days. Checking board, size, print and finish carefully before approval, ideally against a physical sample, avoids a full pillow box run arriving wrong with no quick fix.
Which pillow box size suits general retail products in Perth?
Medium pillow boxes are the general retail size for Perth brands: big enough to brand properly and small enough to merchandise on a shelf or counter.
Do Perth candle makers need a specific pillow box board?
Yes. Candle pillow boxes for Perth makers are specified for the candle's weight, with the safety copy planned onto the panel from the start rather than squeezed in after the artwork is finished.
Can Perth customers wait for a sample before the pillow box run?
Yes, and we encourage it. We would rather send a sample in the final board and size and delay a Perth order by about a week than ship a full run that turns out to be wrong.
